Ink & Watercolour Landscapes Workshop with Moumita Roychowdhury

Discover the beauty of nature through the fluidity of watercolour and the expressive strength of ink. This course is designed for artists of all levels who want to explore the harmony between two versatile mediums. You’ll learn how to design compelling landscapes with depth and balance, washes, gradients, and layering to create atmospheric effects using line work, textures, and contrast to enhance structure and drama.

Fragmented Portraits: Identity in Collage with Katarina Al Hariri

This spring program invites participants to explore portraiture and identity through drawing and collage. Participants will begin by drawing and colouring a portrait, focusing on facial structure and expression. The portrait will then be torn into separate facial features and placed into shared boxes. Using randomly selected elements, participants will reconstruct a new portrait through collage. This creative process encourages experimentation, self-expression, and an understanding of composition. Each participant will leave with a completed collage artwork.
