Registration Procedures and Policies

Call (519) 748-4377 if you have any questions regarding registrations. You can register by phone, in person or by mail.

Payment must accompany registration form when mailing.  Registrations will NOT be processed unless accompanied by payment in full.

There will be no refunds when cancelling after 10 days before the first class. Cancellations prior to that period will be subject to a $10.00 administration fee. We are sorry, but we can make no arrangements for refunds for missed classes.

Register early, class sizes are limited. Courses may be cancelled due to insufficient enrolment. Cancellations normally occur one week before the first class of the course. A full refund will be issued for classes cancelled by the Gallery. Instructors and course content may change without notice.

Registration and attendance are subject to the condition that the City of Kitchener, the Gallery, its directors, officers, and employees, are released from all responsibilities for injury, loss or damage, however caused, that may be sustained by any person attending a class.

Homer Watson House & Gallery is a registered Canadian charitable organization, No. 11896-2174-RR0001. The operation of the Gallery is funded by the City of Kitchener, the members of HWH&G, and through donation from corporations, private citizens, and foundations. In 2005 it received grants from the Ontario Arts Council Foundation, The Trillium Foundation, Human Resources Development Canada, Ontario Heritage Foundation and Waterloo Region.
